RETURN POLICY

Boots may be returned within 30 days if they are the wrong size.  They can not be returned and exchanged for a different style.  Please notify ASAP so I can make sure I have your correct size in stock to replace.  Boots must not be worn to return for different size.

All sales are final!  Store credit will given for boots returned and not replaced with a different size.

GUARANTEE

I guarantee that you will satisfied with the color match if I am sent a proper size of fabric.  Please do not cut a small piece out of a seam and expect to get a good match.  If you are not happy with the color match I must be contacted within 30 days and then you can send them back to me re-dyeing.  I will cover the cost of shipping back to you. 

If your boots are taken care of properly, in a boot bag or box, and they chip, crack or peel you may return them to me for re-dyeing.  Scuff marks and marks from spurs do not qualify.  This is why I send a touch-up.
